These terms apply when you visit studykitt.store or buy a product from us ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

1. Our products

We sell digital study material in PDF format, including the SSC CGL Complete Practice Bank in English and Hindi editions. All questions are original practice questions written for exam preparation. They are not previous-year papers. We are an independent publisher and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) or any government body.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown on our website at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Cosmofeed and its payment partners. We never see or store your card, bank or UPI details.

3. Delivery

After your payment is successful, your download link is sent through Cosmofeed to the email address and WhatsApp number you entered at checkout. Please make sure these details are correct. If you have not received your product, write to us at techdigihelp@gmail.com.

4. Your licence to use the product

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study. You may save it on your devices and print it for personal use.

You may not:

• share, forward or upload the PDF to any website, app, drive, Telegram or WhatsApp group;
• resell, rent or give away the product, in full or in part;
• copy the questions, explanations or design into another product, course or publication.

5. Intellectual property

All content in our products and on this website, including questions, explanations, layouts and graphics, belongs to us and is protected by copyright law. Using it outside the licence above is not allowed.

6. Accuracy and results

We check our content carefully, but we cannot promise it is completely free of errors. Exam patterns, syllabus and facts can change, so always verify exam details from the latest official SSC notification. Our products are practice material only. We do not guarantee any marks, rank or selection.

7. Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads, they are not refundable. Please read our Refund Policy before you buy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any indirect loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. The terms in force on the date of your purchase apply to that purchase.
